It’s our last day and David’s leg needs rest. Cynthia does a final load of laundry and heads out to see the Bridge of Angels (Sant’Angelos) and environment.

Nearby is another lovely bridge – Ponte Vittorio Emanuele II, the first king. With fig trees in foreground!

David straightens the apartment and Cynthia gets some rather nice roast pork sandwiches to bring home. David cobbles together a lemon and garlic dressing for a salad and we drink the last of leftover Barolo. Then, we pack and Cynthia corresponds with our HomeExchange hostess, the HomeExchangers who are leaving our house and TrustedHouseSitter who is arriving.

Now is a good time to include street scenes and funny cars from our walks around the city,
